About Infiniti
Infiniti is the premium brand of Nissan. It was launched in North America in November 1989 with the Q45 sedan and the M30 coupé, the same year as Toyota's Lexus and three years after Honda's Acura.
Infiniti later expanded to the Middle East, China and, for some years, Europe. Its best-known models include the G35 and G37 (related to the Nissan Skyline), the FX crossover, the QX56/QX80 SUV, the Q50 sedan and the QX50, which in 2018 brought the first production variable-compression engine.
