Which T10X to choose and its rivals
Our verdict · Felix Hartmann
The V2 Long Range with rear-wheel drive is the most sensible version: 523 km WLTP, 28-minute fast charging and the lowest consumption of the large-battery cars, at €41,200 in Germany in 2025. The 4More is much quicker, with 0–100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, but in the 2026 German list it costs €8,000 more and loses 55 km of WLTP range. The 52.4 kWh car suits buyers who drive mostly in town and charge at home.
In size the T10X sits close to the Tesla Model Y, and the BYD Sealion 7 is another electric SUV of this class from a newer brand. The compare section puts such cars side by side, the electric cars section lists more models of this kind, and other Togg data are in the Togg catalogue.
The Togg T10X is a battery-electric compact SUV and the first production car of Togg, Turkey's own car brand. Series production started at Gemlik in October 2022, sales in Turkey opened in March 2023 and deliveries followed in April 2023. It comes with rear-wheel drive and 160 kW or twin-motor all-wheel drive and 320 kW, and two battery sizes give 314 to 523 km on the WLTP cycle. Since October 2025 the ADAC catalogue has listed German prices.
Togg was set up on 25 June 2018 as a joint venture of Turkish companies. Today Anadolu Group, BMC, Turkcell and Zorlu Holding each hold 23 % and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) holds 8 %; Kök Group, one of the original partners, was reported to be leaving in 2019. The head office moved to Gebze in Kocaeli Province in October 2019, and the chief executive is Mehmet Gürcan Karakaş. Togg plans five models by 2030: the T10X was first, and the T10F fastback saloon followed in 2025.

The Gemlik factory and the start of sales
Building of the Gemlik plant began on 21 May 2020, and the factory was inaugurated on 29 October 2022, the day the first series T10X was produced. It is planned for 175,000 vehicles a year and 4,323 jobs. The battery packs come from Siro, a company in Gemlik that Togg owns half of together with the cell maker Farasis Energy of China.
Sales in Turkey opened in March 2023. The home market took 19,583 cars in 2023, 30,093 in 2024 and 39,020 in 2025, a year in which electric cars reached almost 18 % of Turkish car sales. Germany was the first export market listed by the ADAC: the rear-wheel-drive V2 appears from October 2025, and the all-wheel-drive 4More versions from January 2026.

Design and interior
Murat Günak designed the T10X together with Pininfarina, to Togg's brief. Several details refer to Turkish culture: the grille and the wheels use a tulip motif, and the same tulip pattern is stitched into the seats. In its early stage the car was planned on the Phoenix 1.0 platform of NEVS, but Togg later developed a platform of its own.
The dashboard is dominated by a panoramic display band of 29 inches across the car. A 12-inch digital instrument panel sits in front of the driver, and a lower touchscreen handles settings. A Meridian sound system is an option. Nine airbags are standard, and the driver-assistance software receives over-the-air updates. The boot holds 441 litres, or 1,515 litres with the rear seats folded, according to the ADAC.

Versions, batteries and performance
| Version | Battery | Power | Torque | 0–100 km/h | WLTP range |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| V1 Standard Range RWD | 52.4 kWh | 160 kW (218 PS) | 350 Nm | 7.4 s | 314 km |
| V2 Standard Range RWD | 52.4 kWh | 160 kW (218 PS) | 350 Nm | - | 314 km |
| V2 Long Range RWD | 88.5 kWh | 160 kW (218 PS) | 350 Nm | 7.8 s | 523 km |
| V2 4More AWD | 88.5 kWh | 320 kW (435 PS) | 700 Nm | 4.8 s | 468 km |
The rear-wheel-drive car has one motor at the back. The 4More adds a second motor of the same rating, 160 kW and 350 Nm, at the front, so system output doubles to 320 kW and 700 Nm. All versions use a single-speed reduction gear and are limited to 185 km/h. V1 is the entry trim and comes only with the 52.4 kWh battery; V2 offers both packs. Both trims have a "Launch Package" of options whose content differs between them.
The ADAC gives the German long-range car a WLTP consumption of 19.1 kWh/100 km and the 4More 21.9 kWh/100 km. Wikipedia EN gives 16.7 kWh/100 km for the 52.4 kWh car. The kerb weights in the Wikipedia table are 1,949 kg for the V1 Standard Range, 1,974 kg for the V2 Standard Range and 2,126 kg for the V2 Long Range; the ADAC lists EU kerb weights, which include a driver, of 2,201 and 2,208 kg.
Charging and battery warranty
The cells use nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) chemistry and come from Farasis. DC fast charging reaches 180 kW. A charge from 20 to 80 % takes 28 minutes for the long-range car; the ADAC gives 28 minutes to 80 % for the rear-wheel-drive version and 33 minutes for the 4More. On 11 kW three-phase AC, a full charge takes about 195 minutes for the small battery and 330 to 345 minutes for the large one, according to Wikipedia EN and the ADAC.
The battery warranty runs for eight years. Farasis states that the cells should last one million kilometres, which is a supplier claim rather than a test result.
Safety: Euro NCAP 2025
Euro NCAP published its result for the T10X on 8 September 2025. The tested car was a left-hand-drive Long Range with rear-wheel drive, and it received five stars. The T10F saloon was rated at the same time and also received five stars.
