About Brabus
Brabus is a German tuning company founded in 1977 by Bodo Buschmann in Bottrop. It specialises in high-performance conversions of Mercedes-Benz cars – more powerful engines, bodywork, wheels, suspension and bespoke interiors – and has also worked on smart and Maybach models.
Many Brabus conversions, such as those based on the G-Class and the S-Class, are sold as complete cars under the Brabus name, with their own model designations, and they are among the most powerful road cars built on Mercedes-Benz foundations.
